Wrench and allen wrench to size
STEP 1
Loosen the seatpost nut with an Allen key or wrench.
STEP 2
Grab the seat with both hands and twist it while pulling up or pushing down.
Please note that the seat must be perfectly centered with respect to the frame before moving on to step 3.
STEP 3
Tighten the locking mechanism of the seat post nut or the quick-release system.
ATTENZIONE: Never raise the seatpost leaving visible the mark that indicates the maximum height, it is recommended leave it inserted into the frame tube for no less than 75 mm.
